Didi Cardoso
Editor-in-Chief |
Location: Ontario, Canada
Bio: I'm a certified Portuguese interpreter who actually works in retail (damn the economy) and plays games on her spare time. I have moved across an ocean to be with my husband, have three wacky cats, and love spending time with them (cats and husband, don't get me wrong!). I also like baking, reading, watching movies, listening to music and drawing.
Favorite games: I could go on and on about this topic, I have many, for different reasons. Here are some: The Witcher, Record of Lodoss War, Crazy Taxi, Indigo Prophecy, The Sims, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Soul Calibur, Shining Force III, Midnight Club 3, Rock Band and Guitar Hero.
Random fact: I made my own Geralt and Abigail costumes for Halloween '08. I wore Abigail's to college.

Technical Director |
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Bio: I'm a freelance web developer/designer working in the Chicago area, as well as an avid gamer (obviously). I am a busy busy BUSY working mom with soon to be two boy-gamers, husband and dog.
Favorite games: Well given that my time is pretty limited, I generally just play World of Warcraft, but my old staples are the Final Fantasy series, Puzzle Quest, Heroes of Might and Magic, Civilization series, Starcraft.
Random fact: I'm addicted to watching either home improvement/decorating or food/cooking shows. Yes, I've aspired to become a domestic diva.

Brandy Shaul
PR Assistant |
Location: Muncie, Indiana
Bio: My love of gaming started with my grandmother's Intellivision, grew after receiving my first console (the NES) and exploded exponentially thereafter. I'm perfectly content to spend hours playing not only video games but also partaking in every other stereotypically "nerdy" hobby known to man, whether it be board games and trading card games or watching anime or science fiction / fantasy television and film.
Favorite games: I'll play almost anything, with RPG's, platformers and street racers (in the vein of the Need for Speed franchise) being personal weaknesses of mine - I can't get enough!
Random fact: I have more than just a fond appreciation for Leon Kennedy of Resident Evil fame - Leonomnom!

![]() Megan Parker |
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Bio: I live a pretty geeky life: I've been into video games ever since I was little, so it was a dream to go to college for a degree in video game design (level design to be specific!) but so far, getting a job in the industry hasn't worked out (it's a long story) I'm still trying, though! I currently work in a comic book shop, which, as far as retail jobs go isn't bad, considering I get to read comics for free. I live with my girlfriend and my two tiny, and insanely cute cats.
Favorite games: Fable 2, Knights of the Old Republic, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Beyond Good and Evil
Random fact: My hair apparently is a bit controversial. It's been called blonde, red, light brown and unnaturally colored. I've also been asked several times if it's my real hair. :P

Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Bio: I live together with my boyfriend who luckily loves RPGs almost as much as I do, thus we game a lot together. I work part time as a sales person, but it is a dream to do nothing but play and review games, and make a living out of it.
Favorite games: Japanese RPGs and SRPGs. It's basically all I ever buy and I love all the big series; Final Fantasy, Suikoden, Tales, Wild ARMs, Star Ocean etc, but also those stand alone games like Valkyria Chronicles, Odin Sphere, Stella Deus and so on.
Random fact: I own 4 copies of Valkyria Chronicles. I love that game so much, I could never be without it. Also, I can sound like Pikachu. :)

Bio: I'm currently a psychotherapist
for mentally ill children in the NYC foster care system and most of my work

such as child abuse or violence. I'm the bass player for a local gothic/punk
band and on the planning committee for the currently longest-lived goth club
event in NY, Contempt.
Favorite games: I love RPGs most of all, a good
RPG can make me cry with the right plot twist. :) Relationship games like the Sims are my opium.
Random fact: Once in a great while I go to the rifle range or play paintball with some of my
guy friends to get the aggression out. :)
